2021 Auction results for the Champions and Reserve Champions
The results from the Champion classes at the Show yesterday were as follows:
Champion – (18) ‘Rizzo’ from P & L Calcraft LIM x BRBX heifer sold to Chris Dale butcher, Helston £3.50/kg weighing 640kg
Reserve champion – (20) ‘Miss Trunchbull’ from EA&DA Ellis LIM x BB heifer sold to R J Trevarthan £4.10/kg weighing 620kg
Local champion – (5) ‘Goofy’ from O & C Penellum BSH x LIM steer sold to Harvey Brothers, St Just, Penzance £3.00/kg weighing 553kg
Reserve local champion – (12) ‘Nigel’ from T J Wilton BRB x DEV steer sold to R J Trevarthan £3.50/kg weighing 551kg
Champion pair lambs from P & L Calcraft average weight 48.5kg sold for £215 to James Kittow butchers
Reserve champion pair lambs from G Renfree Beltex X average weight 45.7kg sold for £190 to R J Trevarthan
